Every morning I try to spend some time filling my mind full of God so there wouldn't be room left for worry thoughts. I believe in the morning sun even if it is not shining--I believe it is God's heart hanging up on the sky. Listen carefully to its melodious heartbeats. Open your window each morning and feel its warm. God is there. No matter how busy you are or how big your rush is, take some time to breathe deeply, to enjoy what God gives you each and every morning. Thank Him for each breath you take, for each time the sun filters through your window, for a new day. Place on God's beautiful hands all your worries, all your anxieties and problems, and just stay calm, for He will not let you drown in them. He wants us to enjoy every single minute of each day, to be happy for His precious presence in our hearts that never leaves us.

"Thank you, my Lord, thank you for giving me a new day. What is today going to be like? Only you know the answer, and I feel safe for that. Guide me today, dear God. Take my hand and never let it go. Thank you for this beautiful morning, thank you for a new day. I love you."
